Full Strength is the ultimate workout structured for all ages and abilities. Located within Arcadia Ice Arena, our facility is set up to push the beginner to the elite athlete. Our certified trainers in CrossFit and CrossFit Kids are educated to help you with nutrition, health, and bettering your everyday life.
We strive to bring out the Warrior in each person. When stepping into our facility, your first thought may be, "Where are all of the machines?" We pride ourselves on not being a Globo-Gym, but being the grounds to help improve your cardio-respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy.
The defining attribute of our ideal client is a burning desire to better oneself. We use what works and discard what doesn't. We innovate and inspire. Clients are seen rowing, biking, and running various distances, performing gymnastic movements, swinging kettle bells, doing pull-ups and push-ups, climbing ropes, performing Olympic lifts and educating themselves on how to move and eat for optimal health.

Research has been done to prove that kids and teens need this as much as adults. There is a huge window for youth to develop better coordination, strength, balance, agility, quickness, and most importantly bone density. CrossFit Kids/Teens can help your child reach their individual goals whether they want to be faster on the playground or on the ice. There is a workout of the day (WOD) posted that contains a warm up, practiced skill, a WOD implementing this skill, and finally a game. Your child will learn about nutrition, proper ways to lift objects off of the ground like a heavy backpack, and become more agile athletes. Classes will be posted on the website schedule and as a member you are able to come to all classes with a trainer. For once you get a membership with a trainer included in a safe, fun, and competitive environment.
CrossFit Kids/Teens is the principal strength and conditioning program for many young athletes and the primary P.E. program for many home schools, charter schools. It is used by athletic teams, martial arts schools and many parents that want their kids to grow up healthy, strong and have a life long love of working out thus avoiding the common problems associated with childhood inactivity and obesity.
Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Healthy living requires that our kids push, pull, run, throw, climb, lift, jump, effectively and safely regardless of whether or not they play athletics. Athletics is a specialized pursuit. Our goal is to support the specialist, but reward the generalist.
The CrossFit Kids/Teens program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for 4 year olds and elite high school athletes. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs. The needs of our second graders and our high school wrestler differ by degree not kind.
