Tomorrow we will be doing a Benchmark WOD to start putting some names up on the Podium. We will post the WOD at midnight tonight. Adults at 10. Kids at 11. Teens at 11:45.
On the minute every minute for 15 min perform the following: 2 Dips 4 KB Swings 6 Box Jumps The quicker you go, the more time you will have to rest.
