What have you been eating???




I know we are only a few days in, but let us know how you are feeling?  This first week is going to be the hardest since you’re regulating your hormones and getting rid of all the toxins you have been putting into your body.  Remember to approach this one day at a time.  If you find a recipe that you like and added your own twist to it…send us pics and the recipe so that you can earn another point for the week.  We also changed the stretching to 10m a day which earns you another point.  If you have not sent me your fitday.com url, please get that in.  We will be doing random checks throughout the week.  Below is your log in sheet for week 1.  You must turn this into Jen or Gayle every Tuesday in order to get your new sheet for the week.  Remember that you are not doing a weight loss competition…you are learning to live a healthier life!
