Ingredients:
Peeled cooked shrimp
Organic chicken apple sausage from Costco
Broccoli
Bell peppers
Onion
Tomatoes
Asparagus
Serrano chile
Organic coconut oil
Thaw shrimp by rinsing. While it is thawing, cut vegetables and sausage into bite size pieces. Start browning sausage in large pan, then add a tablespoon of coconut oil. Add garlic and serranos sauté for one minute then add vegetables. Once vegetables are cooked to desired texture, add shrimp to heat it up (not too long).
Serve hot and enjoy!
