The Southwest Regionals is quickly approaching and the excitement for both the competition and this trip is definitely building!

We know that The Open is not done until Sunday, but we want to plan ahead.

Enclosed in this you will find information in regards to booking your flight and hotel accommodations.

This is not affiliated with CrossFit.  We put this together for our gym, but anyone is more than welcome to use the hotel block.

Travel Dates:
Our group will be traveling: Thursday, June 9^th through Sunday, June 12^th

Competition:
The Regionals start Friday, June 10^th and end on Sunday June 12^th

Flight Info:

Airfare right now from Phoenix (PHX) to Denver (DEN) is anywhere from $188-$200+ on: www.southwest.com or www.usairways.com

Hotel Accommodations:

I have reserved a block of Double Bed Suites at the Embassy Suites Denver Southeast location which is only 15 minutes away from the venue of the Southwest Regionals.  The flat rate for the rooms is $124.00 per night. (Regular rates for these suites range from $169-$200+ per night)

Rental Car Info:

If you would like to rent your own vehicles check out www.enterprise.com.  They typically have the best rates in Denver and are located in the Denver Airport.  If you go with them I strongly suggest picking the option of returning the car empty as the nearest gas station is far from the airport and has long lines all the time.
