The CrossFit Kids program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of age. We scale load and intensity; we don't change programs. The emphasis will be on body weight under high intensity workouts while having fun at the same time. With this membership you get an online profile set up and unlimited classes with a trainer. It is not mandatory, but encouraged, to attend all classes. For ages 12 and under.
This membership is not for the faint of heart. Be ready to sweat and feel the burn while participating in a constantly changing program. Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist.

Everyone's path at CrossFit Full Strength will be slightly different depending on their current fitness capacity, goals and preferences. We offer one-on-one and small group training.
Nothing is better than combining your unlimited membership with some private coaching to improve your Olympic Lifts and other movements that we do in the gym.
We strongly recommend and hope to facilitate that balance through our pricing and programs.
Pricing: Our personal coaching package prices vary depending on the number and duration of coaching sessions, but can be arranged for as little as $50 per hour. Small-group coaching is the perfect solution for the person looking for the benefits of one-on-one coaching and the social interaction of team training. Ideal for groups of 2 to 5 individuals of similar fitness capacities or with similar fitness goals, your small-group workouts will be tailored to address specific needs and goals of the group and/or individuals within the group. We do not assign you to a group. This is set up so you and some friends or family members can come and train together.
