CrossFit 101:

Learning basic movements in CrossFit is essential for new and existing CrossFitters.  This is your time to come in and slowly work on CrossFit’s 9 fundamental movements.  This class will be structured like our normal Adult Classes, but there will be more time spent on the movements followed by a short WOD incorporating the skill of focus that day.  We help you build your work capacity and get you comfortable with the movements so you are confident in our normal Adult Classes.

Olympic Lifting:

This is a class 100% dedicated to improving your Olympic Lifting.  This class will focus on increasing your proficiency in the lifts as well as increasing strength, flexibility and work capacity.  This class is included in your monthly membership (unlimited members only) and we also offer drop in rates for non-members.   This class is not fully structured so you can come in and work on what your weaknesses are in Olympic lifting.  Coaches may be lifting at this time as well, but will help you with whatever you need.  This is a great time to lift with coaches and push yourself to reach your lifting goals.

Open Gym:

Have a WOD you have been dying to do?  Maybe you just want to jump on a rower.  Come in and utilize the gym however you would like.  Please remember that we may have a CrossFit 101 Class or Kids Class going on.  Classes and Coaches get precedence on equipment.

Competitors WOD

This is for members looking to up their game in the gym.  You must get coaches approval to attend this RX only workout.  This is a great class for competitors and members looking to become competitors.
