Bodyweight BS reps weight Instructions
Back Squat 100 BW 100 bodyweight back squats, or whatever scaled weight you choose is the weight that will remain on the bar for ALL 100 reps. Everytime you need to rack the weight, perform 25 sit-ups and 15 push-ups. If you did not go bodyweight and are able to get it done in 4 or less sets, you went TOO LIGHT!
