DUs Max 7m For the Push Up ladder you are doing 1 push up, 2 broad jumps, 2 push ups, 2 broad jumps, 3 push ups, 2 broad Jumps. Your rep count on the broad jump does not change. Once you fail or pause on the push up you must start at 1 push up.
