For time: reps weight distance Instructions
Deadlift 100 135/95   With a partner you must complete all reps of an exercise before moving on to the next exercise. One person works at a time while the other person rests. For the run each person must complete a 600m run with a med ball (movie theatre and back). Every time you rotate with your partner, the person that was just resting must do 5 Burpees then will continue to do the exercise.
Hang Power Clean 80    
Thruster 60    
Run   20/15 1200m
