For time reps distance Instructions
Burpee Broad Jumps   250 ft Burpees and 1 mile cannot be broken up, however everything in between can be broken up. 250 ft is 5 lengths of the gym.
Push Ups 100  
Lunges 100 total  
Jackknife 100  
Run   1 mile
